These are our standard delivery charges and may change while we're running special offers.

Orders sent by Royal Mail must weigh 0.5Kg or less. We provide this service for small orders or light items such as yeast etc.

Most of our UK deliveries are made by Courier. They can deliver up to 8pm for residential address and 5pm for business addresses. In general, deliveries are made the within 24 - 48 hours (2 working days, does not include weekends) after dispatch depending on your address and location. However, this is not a guarantee as it can be affect by factors outside our and the delivery companies control.

All parcels require a signature as proof of delivery. We can not accept instructions that do not allow the delivering company to obtain a signature. If no one will be available to sign for the parcel at your home address we recommend specifying an alternative location such as your place of work. Orders that can not be delivered may be returned to us by the courier.You may be liable for additional delivery charges if delivery has been attempted at the address you specified, but returned to us.

The maximum weight for products packed into a single box is 25Kg. The approximate weight is shown on the product information page and during the checkout process. If you're order exceeds this weight you may be asked to contribute to the additional delivery charges made to us.

For orders weighing less than 0.5Kg to the Channel Islands, select Royal Mail. For all other orders select UK Islands and Highlands.
