We are currently offering FREE delivery on orders over £60 being sent to UK mainland addresses, excluding highlands and islands. For all other orders the prices are as follows.

Orders sent by Royal Mail must wiegh 0.5Kg or less. We provide this service so small orders of light items such as yeast etc.

Most of our UK deliveries are made by DHL. They can deliver up to 9pm for residential address and 5pm for business addresses. In general, deliveries to business addresses are made the day after dispatch. deliveries to home address can be made up to 3 days after dispatch. However, this is not a guarantee as it can be affect by factors outside our and teh delivery companies control. It is not uncommon for home deliveries to be made the day after dispatch depending on your location.

All parcels require a signature as proof of delivery. We can not accept instrunctions that do not allow the delivering company to obtain a signature. If no one will be available to sign for the parcel at your home address we recomend specifying an alternative location such as your place of work. Orders that can not be delivered may be returned to us by the courier and may incsur additional charges.

The maximum weight for products packed into a single box is 25Kg. The approximate weight is shown on the product information page and during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, due to huge increases in fuel costs we are now unable to deliver to the Channel Islands unless the items weigh less then 2Kg and can be sent by post. However these parcels may incur additional shipping costs and we will notify you before dispatch.

Deliveries to non-uk addresses are subject to different weight and size restriction depending on your location. We can only give an exact shipping price once your order has been placed. If the shipping price exceeds those shown above we will contact you to arrange for additional payment. If your order includes several large and/or heavy items the shipping price may be considerably more than the value shown in the price table above.

Any dispatch and delivery times shown on this site are approximate. We dispatch on a best effort basis and you should not rely upon any dates quoted as these can be affected by factors outside our control.
