hi all

made a version of this altered a few things and added some aurora hops 25grams at 80oc for 10mins. left for 4 weeks and wow like a good pub pint of real ale really smooth and tasty very citrussy yum yum

will make another one of these

a cup of green tea

but tonight I'll be on the crystal clear beer and may crack open another keg and run that through the hand pump. I think the next in line is my Brentwoods Best so that should work well through the hand pull

Getting near to the bottom of my last Brentwood Best of the evening and thinking of bed. Tasting good and nice and clear, despite the keg getting a good sloshing around a couple of days ago.

In fact, may just pour myself an extra half as this is the last non-work night of my holidays Crying or Very sad
