What FG have you guys got this kit to?

I made it to 30 pints, and used 1.2kg sugar rather than the recommended 1.3kg.

Its currently at 998 and looking like its still got a little more to go (it was 1002 last night). Temp is at 24 and its been that since the start. The instructions say bottle below 1000....should I bottle, or wait?

Bottle now, anything close to 1.000 is good and you've gone passed that Very Happy

Bottled at 998!

Tasted nice straight out of FV, cant wait to try it in 6 weeks!

Im already drinking mine after only 14 days in the keg, 7 of those for secondary, it clears super fast and its very drinkable.

I am planning on starting mine tonight, it is my first attempt at anything like this so if anyone has any tips for me, I`m a little confused still but hopefully will understand the process soon enough
