Click Here I dont know what I did wrong but it just doesnt taste like a good cider should. Its just too dry. Its probably due to me liking such brews as Thatchers Katy. Probably not a bad cider and its as clear as water (well nearly). I tried adding a little more sugar to the brew in the bottles and it does make it a bit more bearable but when I have other beers to go for that I have made this one just sits on the shelf. Who knows it may get better with age!
