Originally produced to quench the thirst of British troops in the 1800’s, IPA was brewed highly- hopped and robust to survive the long voyage to the Indian sub-continent. The result is a full bodied pale ale with a zesty character.

Excellent brew. Great taste with quite a kick to it.
Compares nicely to the bottles from the shop, tho mine differed in that I only had dark spraymalt when I was bottling, so was much darker. Will be using Light or plain sugar next batch.
Cleared very quickly once bottled ( about a week ) and the sediment left was small and compact.
Will definitely be making a lot more of this one.
