First go with a Beaverdale kit & v. impressed. Instructions very clear & pretty foolproof. Popped a bottle after 5 days to see if it was worth buying a 30 bottle kit. Bottom line-YES! All other reviews say this gets better with age & I can understand why.Give it a go.

This is the first beaverdale kit I have tried. Pretty fool proof as most of the kits are. Lovely tasting shiraz, quite dry to begin with, but seemed to get smoother and more flavoursome after laying the bottles down for a couple of weeks. I will certainly be making this again.

If you like a full-bodied red, this is the one! I think it's the best I've made, and it's drinkable straight away. The grape juice comes in a bag, and there are oak chippings to add if you like. The wine is a lovely colour and perfect for a winter's night by a log fire!
